Advanced Resource Classrooms image

We support four flexible, special-capability, technology-rich classrooms, offering advanced resources for class collaboration and presentation. These spaces are reserved in advance of the academic year so faculty members have the opportunity to prepare an experimental class that relies on those resources. Our LTS team is available to consult with faculty on pedagogy and strategies for using academic technologies to facilitate learning innovations.

Lathrop 282

This classroom seats as many as 150 people in a flexible environment, including mobile large screens for group work on a laptop, large 3D-capable screens able to display a wide range of inputs, a mobile presentation and annotation lectern, and a synthetic acoustics system that supports both class-wide large group discussion and small group work.

Wallenberg 124

Also known at the Peter Wallenberg Learning Theater, this flex classroom supports lecture and group work for up to 50 students. The classroom has a very large, very high resolution display wall that supports simultaneous viewing of a number of inputs, enabling both small and large group collaborations.
